The tour was excellent and the guide explained everything very well and was always glad to help. I recommend it!
My only gripe was finding the meeting point station. I was told at Alexanderplatz by the Fountain but due to the Christmas Market it was completely obscured so I didn’t know if I was in the right place so asked multiple people to be sure. I suspect other attendees were at a different entrance and as a result they missed out on the tour. Peter was fantastic. Warm and friendly and made us feel taken care of. He was also very knowledgeable and delivered the backstory with sensitivity. This sombre attraction was definitely worth coming to see. Thank you
