The legendary vintage vehicle of East Germany was the most popular van in GDR. During the drive you can listen to the top hits of the GDR charts if you wish. Start your journey in the Nikolaiviertel and see the TV Tower and Brandenburg Gate. Drive along the famous Unter den Linden to the government district.
See the remains of the Berlin Wall up close as you walk to the Invalids’ Cemetery. Learn more about the German capital and visit one of the last watchtowers. Continue on along the former border to the famous Bernauer Straße.
Explore the cultural district of Prenzlauer Berg and experience a culinary highlight as you visit Berlin’s iconic currywurst stand “Ziervogel’s Kult Curry”, managed by the grandson of the famous Max Konnopke. After enjoying a delicious currywurst, the tour ends at the Park Inn hotel at Alexanderplatz.
