Full description
Visit one of Germany's biggest and oldest absinthe bars for an exclusive absinthe tasting. In contrast to a pub crawl, you'll discover the world of absinthe in a more relaxed atmosphere. Learn interesting facts from your expert hosts who have produced absinthes in collaboration with Germany's oldest absinthe manufacturer.
From Monday to Saturday, absinthe tastings start at 7 PM. On Sundays, the tasting starts at 8 PM. Be greeted by your host and start with a short introduction to the history of absinthe ranging from its origins to the growth across the world.
Learn 3 different rituals along and sample 4 different types of absinthe each from a different European country. At the end of the tasting, each participant will receive a special absinthe spoon as a souvenir from their host. If interested, get a small or big bottle of absinthe to take back home as a memory of this unique experience. All bottles are suitable to be carried during travels.
