Janine was an excellent guide. She imparted her extensive knowledge in an interesting and fun manner.
The guide, Janine, was great. Very friendly, spoke clearly and was very knowledgeable. She made sure everyone heard what she said, and had lots of personal stories to add. She also knew the local stories very well. She’s a great value to Bergen as a tour guide 😊👍

Meeting point
The tour begins outside the address Bradbenken 1. It is a brick office building located by the entrance to the Bergenhus Fortress. To get here, you have to walk along the main road by the harbour from Bryggen for about five minutes, and just before reaching the fortress, you'll find the brick building Bradbenken next to a carpark. The building will be on the right side. The guide will be standing on the corner of the building facing out to the harbour, directly opposite the taxi parking area. The guide will be holding a sign saying "A Walk Through Bergen Past & Present" and is always there 10 minutes before the tour starts.
