Mido was amazing! He was very responsive, checked in a few times before we made our day trip. Gave us recommendations to accommodate winter hours and availability for the ferry ride. Customized our trip with the time allowed. Was on time and very informative about the city, country, and sites. We had about an hour time left over at the end of the day he offered a few local suggestions to fill our time, we chose the Christmas Market at the palace grounds for a nice break, shopping, snacks and drinks. I was a little skeptical at first since I've never booked anything like this before but beyond happy with our choice. This was a great experience, well worth the money and the only way to go when booking a tour. You beat the big crowds and chaos that comes with big tours or just adventuring off alone. WE ARE HOOKED! 10 Stars! Thank you so much!

What an outstanding day! Our guide was great. Very entertaining and thoughtful about our itinerary. It’s a long tour, but absolutely worth it to see everything we were able to see in one day, from the Eagle’s Nest, to Sound of Music film locations. Highly recommend!!’

Just some suggestion for lunch after the first tour. Everything went wonderful because of our private tour guide but finding a place to eat between the tours was a bit difficult because most places were not open on Mondays so that would be helpful!

It was a most enjoyable day. Our guide, Midos made our tour very interesting by passing on local knowledge and history. St Bartholomew’s was well worth seeing, the walk along the lake edge even in the rain was beautiful. A must do tour.

There were some things closed when we visited the area, but Thomas gave us excellent suggestions for other activities. We finished the day with a lovely tour with Thomas thru Salzburg.
