The places are exceptional and I enjoyed very much the visits of the houses Batlló and Milá. I was expecting more from the visits to the Sagrada Familia and Parque Güell. I was expecting to visit the crypt and the towers and to have more details on the plans and the construction of the cathedral.

We paid for the 2 towers in S. Familia but tour guide said there wasn't really anything to it and did not even ask us if we wanted to go to the towers or not. She simply brushed it off. on the Parc Guel tour, our tour guide lost 8 of us (an older couple, another younger couple with an adolescent daughter, my sister-in-law, my husband and myself). We lost sight of her when we got to the group ticket entry gate. The Parc's staff tried to locate her but to no avail. The couple with daughter got entry tickets (at Experience Park store) and directed us to do the same. When I got there, they didn't give me entry tickets even after showing the tickets we got from your office that morning. We came back to your office that same afternoon, but your office told us they can't give us tickets. We're very frustrated and very disappointed. We can't post good reviews about your agency.
