What to Expect
Take the chance to experience one of Thailand's most invigorating natural parks, Khao Yai National Park, which is renowned for its refreshing waterfalls, abundant varieties of fresh fruit, and lovely local people.
Begin at 07.00 and depart for Nakorn Nayok Province. Stop at a bustling morning market to see the locals shop for their daily goods, and perhaps pick up a piece of fruit or 2!
By 09.30 you'll arrive at Khao Yai National Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Situated in the Sankambeng Mountain Range, it is the second largest in Thailand. Keep an eye out for the nearly 320 species of birds flying overhead! Here we will have a few hours to trek the evergreen forest before reaching the biggest waterfall in the park for a swim!
At 12.30, stop for lunch at a local restaurant. After a leisurely lunch, begin your elephant ride! Take these gentle giants out for a ride through the forest and across the creek. After a few hours out with them, you will understand their incredible knowledge and power.
Arrive back in Bangkok at around 18.00, where you'll be transferred back to your hotel.
