Full description
Diversify your social media channels with something other than the Grand Palace and Khao San Road. This Instagram tour of Bangkok is just the thing for Instagrammers, bloggers, photographers and anyone with a penchant for unusual, colorful locations. Your local tour guide will take you on a full day memorable trip around the city, stopping at some of the most interesting and photo-worthy places in the capital. Wat Arun, better known as The Temple of Dawn, is a 500-year-old site decorated with porcelain, seashells and countless Buddha statues. The dreamy white spires and serene river setting make the perfect spot for snapping gorgeous photos. Erawan Museum isn't your average stuffy museum, this hidden treasure trove is located a 40-minute drive south of Bangkok. As soon as you see the enormous three-headed elephant statue up front, you’ll agree it’s worth the ride. Continue to the Airplane Graveyard, designed as a quirky amusement park and beer venue, these old aircrafts were purchased at auction by a wealthy Thai local.  Last stop will be at the Ratchada Train Market. Bangkok is market paradise, and this is one of the most favourable additions. All housed under colourful tarpaulin tents, this market is a vibrant tapestry when viewed from afar. Up close, it’s just as much of a photographer’s wonderland, home to vintage stalls galore and countless authentic food stands. Snap your social media shots and dig into some delicious snacks.

It was a nice experience except for the Airplane Graveyard which is I think not safe for tourist plus the area seems not accomodating that's why we need to leave the place as soon as we got there. Other than that, it was a wonderful day for us in spite of the rain. The tour guides were very friendly and they brought us to a nice Thai Restaurant for us to try their food.

We had a very nice and pleasant day, the airplane graveyard had not really been necessary, but was something else than a tempek. The elephant museum was the pinnacle of the day. We had a fantastic guide and an excellent driver.

Honestly, this tour wasn't as decribed or as I expected. It was said that a driver was supposed to pick me up, but there was no driver. I had to get a taxi with the guide. Don't get me wrong, I thought it was a great experience to move around in different types of transportation (we took a taxi, a bus, a tuk tuk, the boat, and the sky train, but this is not what I expected for this tour. If this is how it was supposed to be, it should have been described exactly like this. My guide was great, she even invited me lunch, and it was a very personalized experience, but it was just different from what was advertised.
