Experience Bangkok as it wakes up for the day on a 4-hour morning bike tour, and cycle the backstreets to learn how the locals live. Cross the Chao Phraya River by longtail boat to discover a "jungle" in the heart of the city, and look for urban wildlife.
What to Expect
Explore the backstreets of Bangkok as the city comes to life, and see the locals setting up their shops for the day and street vendors offering breakfast. Get an insight into the everyday lives of the people of Bagkok. Then, cross an old squeaky wooden bridge and discover communities living under the highway and next to the railway.
Pause for a drink, and then cycle to the pier. Climb aboard a longtail boat and cross the Chao Phraya River. Your bikes will be carried for you so that on arrival in the city's green heart you can quickly remount and cycle over elevated pathways. Pedal through urban nature, looking for monitor lizards or turtles basking in the sun along the way. Marvel at the old plantations that provide a striking contrast to the city.
Sit down and rest in this serene oasis and enjoy a cold soft drink and snack. Then, cycle back to the longtail boat and cross the river to get a completely different view of Bangkok’s highrise buildings.
