Met your guide outside the main doors of the Cave and Basin NHS Gift Shop. There is benches just outside the gift shop. Your guide will have brown hat and clipboard. Please let them know you arrived. The tour will depart from there with the guide to different locations within Banff National Park. There is free parking at this location. Please make sure you arrive 10mins before departure.

Our Guide Jacob was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining as well. He was well prepared with equipment such as bear spray , bug spray etc. He was very carful to check with us if we were ok with state of the paths , as it had just rained and the paths were muddy etc . We learned a lot of the historical information and environmental information etc . Very interesting and educational . We would recommend this tour , and if we come back to Banff would take this tour again . Thank you again to Jacob

This tour is both informative and full of great stories. Jacob our tour guide was able to bring visual pictures of the past, so we were able see changes in the landmark. Also he is very passionate in telling stories of the "Cowboys" Legends then and now. The walk was no problem and kept on schedule.
