Day 1: Hanoi - Sapa - Trek to Lao Chai - Ta Van village (Meal: L,D ) 06:00 - 06:45am: You will be picked up at your accommodation in Hanoi's Old Town in a shuttle bus and transfer to an air-conditioned sleeper bus. Depending on your hotel's location in Hanoi Old Quarter, the pick-up time will be from 6:00-6:45am. We will confirm again for more exact pick-up time via email or WhatsApp after receiving your booking. Relax on the scenic drive to the town of Sapa. Stop along the way to stretch your legs and take in the stunning natural landscapes. 12:30 - 13:00: Upon arrival in the bus office in Sapa town, your local tourguide will meet you and going to the local restaurant for Lunch. Begin a 12-kilometer guided hike through terraced rice fields, corn fields, and potato fields. Pass through the charming rural villages of Ylinh Ho, Lao Chai, and Ta Van. Savor some Vietnamese food for lunch. Meet some of the local H'Mong people and find out about their customs and daily life. Have time to take a break at a breathtaking waterfall along the way. Reach your local guide's house and be welcomed like a member of the family. Pick vegetables from the garden and cook dinner with your host while sharing stories. Soak up the evening atmosphere and learn more about the local culture before staying overnight at the house. Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai village – Sapa – Hanoi (Meals: B, L) Start the day early by cooking breakfast with your host. Pick between hiking to further villages and a bamboo forest, you may have the chance on the field where you can try harvesting, planting, or caring for plants. After Lunch at the local restaurant, get back to Sapa town by shuttle bus. You still have the free time to visit local market in Sapa town, and discover Sapa town by your own before come back to Hanoi. 15:00: Get on the sleeper bus and come back Hanoi city. 21:30: Arrive Hanoi Old Quarter. You go to the hotel, check-in procedures for the group at the hotel and have lunch at the restaurant 14h30: Tour guide and you walk to visit Cat Cat village, start the journey to discover the village Visit Cat Cat village of the H'mong. Visitors will be able to visit and learn about the customs and habits of ethnic minorities. Visit Cat Cat waterfall and hydroelectric power plant built by the French in the early twentieth century, have fun and take souvenir photos… 18h30 : Enjoy dinner at the restaurant, then you are free to explore Sapa Day 2 : Trekking 9km Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, Ta Van Village Sleeping At Homestay ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ) 07h00 – 08h00 : Having breakfast at the restaurant 08h30 : Start Trekking to Y Linh Ho village and then start hiking through the rice terraces along Muong Hoa Stream to Lao Chai, the village of Black H’mong minority. Here you will enjoy the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son mountain ranges. 12h30 : Have lunch at Ta Van village then check in and rest Afternoon: The tour guide will take you to visit the villages of the local people with terraced fields and streams 16h00 : Come back to homstay to rest, then prepare to learn how to cooking class with the locals. You can prepare and cook dishes 18h30: You enjoy dinner with dishes made by yourself Overnight at homestay in Ta Van village. Day 3 : Trekking 6km Ta Van , Giang Ta Chai , Su Pan Village , Sapa , Hanoi ( Lunch, Dinner ) 07h30 – 08h30: Have breakfast at Homestay 9h00 : Start Trekking to Giang Ta Chai Village and Supan Village will be 2 places that we will visit in the morning of the 2nd day. We have to walk 8 km to visit these 2 villages of Red Dao. Giang Ta Chai is one of the villages of Red Dao. It has become one of the attractive places for travelers who want to experience the colorful traditions and customs 12h30 : Enjoy lunch then rest at the homestay 14h00: Car pick you up back to Sapa 15h30: You get on the bus back to Hanoi 21h30: Arrive in Hanoi, End tour . The bus drops you off at Tran Quang Khai street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi

Here you will enjoy the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son. Going through Y Linh Ho village you will reach Lao Chai village. The livelihood of the Black Mong and Red Dao people 11h30 : After 3 hours of walking about 8km you will arrive at Ta Van Village , You will see beautiful terraced fields and stilt houses with unique ethnic architecture 12h30 : You will rest at a local restaurant and have lunch. After lunch, the tour guide will take you on a 1km walk to the bus back to Sapa town 14h30 - 15h00 : At the end of the tour, the car will take you back to your hotel or the place you want to stop in Sapa town

Take a short trek to Cat Cat village, home of the Black H’mong ethnic people and located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. A local guide will give you insight into the daily life of the locals. Trek down to the valley to the waterfall, where the French built a hydraulic power station. Stop to take photos before walking back uphill. The trek is approximately 3 kilometers and lasts for 2 hours. In the evening, return to Sapa Town, where you can enjoy your evening at your leisure. Stay overnight in Sapa Lodge/Charm Sapa Hotel or similar. Or staying at homestay option. Day 2: Sapa – Hanoi - Lao Chai Ta Van Village (Breakfast/Lunch) Have breakfast at your hotel and prepare a light pack for trekking. You can keep your luggage in storage at the reception. Take a Trek to Lao Chai Village through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Streams to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai.  See the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain before heading to Ta Van village, home of the Dzay People. The trek takes around 3.5 hours and covers about 9-12 kilometers. Your guide will make the best itinerary for the trek depending on your ability of trekking. The bus will pick you up at Ta Van Bridge to take you back to the center of Sapa. Take a break at the hotel and have lunch, before enjoying some time to explore at your own leisure. After some free time, meet the rest of your group at the hotel to prepare for your return to Hanoi. Get back on the bus around 14:00 to go back to Hanoi. During the journey, stop for a break. This trekking, we will take you to explore the beautiful terraced fields at villages of Ethnic people. At 9:30Am, the local guide will come to pick you up at your hotel in Sapa center, if you stay far a way, the guide will meet you at Sapa Church (the main Church at Sapa center). The tour guide will introduce himself/herself, after knowing each other's basic information, you will start the journey to see the most beautiful rice from Sapa. From Sapa town, you will move along small winding roads to enter the beautiful villages: Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, Ta Van. These small roads will lead you through the most beautiful terraced fields that only the locals know and take you. Then you will come to the first village, Y Linh Ho, a small, beautiful and simple village of the Black Hmong people scattered on the mountainside. You will admire the terraced fields along both sides of the road we trekking, learning about the culture and traditional of Black Hmong. Then we will have lunch at a local restaurant there. After lunch, we will continue trekking to explore Lao Chai and Ta Van villages. The villages have many beautiful terraced fields and learn more about the richness of Black Hmong and Giay culture in Ta Van. At about 3PM, we will back to Sapa by car

The 1-day motorbike tour in Sapa is the tour for you if you don't have too much time but still want to visit the villages and understand more about the ethnic minorities in Sapa. Or if you don't fancy trekking tour. One day motorbike tour in Sapa will take you to visit 11 villages in Sapa: Suoi Ho, Ma Tra, Ta Phin, Sau Chua, Sa Seng, Hang Da, Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, Ta Van, Hau Thao, Su Pan with 3 different Ethnic Minorities: Black Hmong, Red Dao and Giay. We will ride the motorbike with the most beautiful road to explore the villages, enjoy the amazing terraced fields, local traditional house, learning their culture;.... Ta Phin is a small village where Red Dao and Black Hmong living together. You will have opportunity to see how the Red Dao people they make the herbal bath from the herbal plants they took in the forest. Sau Chua is one of the highest villages in Sapa at the altitude of 1800m, in this village you will see the local people planting a lot of peach, plum and pear. If you come in January and February, you will admire the brilliant peach, plum and pear orchards around the Hmong house. And if you come in June and July, you will have opportunity to enjoy the fruits. Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, Ta Van, Hau Thap and Su Pan are the villages in Muong Hoa valley where you can enjoy the most beautiful terraced fields, see the difference of Hmong, Giay and Red Dao cultural and traditional.

Overnight at chosen hotel. DAY 2: Trekking – Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (B/L/D) 7:00 - 8:00: Breakfast at the hotel. 8:00: Start a 6 km trek to Y Linh Ho village, then 3 km to Lao Chai village. 12:00 - 12:30: Lunch at Ta Van village, check-in, and rest. Afternoon: Visit local villages. 17:00: Return to homestay, prepare and enjoy dinner. Overnight at homestay in Ta Van village. DAY 3: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai Village – Supan – Sapa – Hanoi (B/ L) 7:00: Breakfast at homestay. 8:00 – 8:30: Visit Giang Ta Chai Village and Supan Village, 8 km trek to Giang Ta Chai village of Red Dao people. 12:00: Lunch, rest at the homestay. 14:00: Car pick-up to Sapa. 15:00 - 15:30: Board the bus back to Hanoi. 21:00: Arrival in Hanoi. Below is detailed information about 1 DAY TOUR Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (5- 6-7-8 - 9-11km ~ 5.5 hours) You can choose how many kilometers you want and easy/medium/hard trek chose which you like to do. The tour we starts at 9am. we will meet you in Sapa Town or at your hotel After a brief introduction, you will leave Sapa to walk down to Y Linh Ho village and have lunch at a small, traditional restaurant run by a local Hmong family. After lunch, we will go to Lao Chai, Hmong village - one of the oldest and largest Hmong communities in the area. From Lao Chai, we will walk to Ta Van Village, where you will see the Dzay people. If it is the right time of the year, you can see people planting rice or harvesting. We will teach you all about the differences between ethnic minority groups. The tour will end at 3pm at Ta Van village and then the van or motorbike will take you back to Sapa city.
