I liked it a lot. I met with vintage colleagues, 70 years +, from Mainz and took part in the city tour on Saturday. The age group had stayed at the Hotel Wilde Rose for the weekend. In addition, have booked an 80-minute boat tour in the afternoon and a beer garden stay on the Upper Stephansberg.

Price / offer: Very good

The city tour was very informative and interesting. The Tourist Guide was extremely good at conveying the history of the city to the present day. Due to the relaxed nature, the 2 hours ended much too quickly. Using public transport at any time is also a good thing. As we unfortunately had two rainy days during our stay in Bamberg, we were particularly happy to use the city's museums with the Bamberg Card. All in all - a very good thing that we also used well

Bamberg compact

Since the Bamberg Card includes the use of public transport, the hilly part of Bamberg is also easy to discover. Visiting museums is a personal matter of taste, but if necessary it is always a good alternative when it rains. I think the included city tour is very good, so that you first get an overview, which you can then deepen individually. And considering the offer, the Bamberg Card is an absolute bargain.
