    The tour was excellent. The food was excellent. They also showed us the Pearl farm which was not mentioned in the itinerary. The room is neat and clean. The guide was good. The only negative that I can think of is the planning for viewing the sunrise. By the time they moved the boat from where we could see the sun the sun was already above the horizon. Basically we missed the sunrise in spite of waking up early and waiting on top. Thank Ding Dong our guide..

    Our guide was really nice, funny and her English was good, But it rained which affected a lot of the events, the prices on drinks was too high and it was not possible to pay by card, and the food was a low quality, we have had a lot better street food. Also forced socialising, as they only have big tables of 6 people Also the bus was old and shitty and most rooms and the boat was drenched due to the rain

    A wonderful trip and an absolute must when visiting Vietnam. The rooms in the boat were spacious and luxurious compared to hostels! Friendly and helpful staff and plenty of food. Great activities aided in the enjoyment and appreciation of the beautiful landscapes. Highly highly recommend this trip, this is the best thing we have done in a long time!

    I am very satisfied with all services, activities, the view, etc. It was almost perfect trip except the van pick you up at Hanoi and let you wait to check in the cruise almost 1 hour at noon out of air con. And by the way, I wished to visit the true Ha Long Bay, not Bai Tu Long. But it was my mistake. I misunderstanding.
