    The tour is wonderful and you get to drive through and visit multiple small villages along the Alsace wine route. The audio guide is fantastic and our driver was very kind and professional. My only complaint is that I wish I had been notified a little more in advance that my chosen date was canceled due to being the only one to book a tour. I had to do some fast rearrangements of my trip and lost money on my original plans because of it (this is more advice for future bookings as I also understand that pandemic conditions aren't great for anybody and I feel lucky I was able to take a vacation in the first place). Other than that, I highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys full-day sight-seeing tours in an astonishingly beautiful location. The price is worth it and the pace is perfect.

    Francesca was our guide. She was so knowledgeable and interesting to listen to; obviously very passionate about Heidelberg (having moved there from Italy 11 years ago) and this was conveyed through her tour. She is softly spoken and very easy to listen to. It was lovely that there were only 3 of us on the English speaking tour, so a very intimate feel. The tour was supposed to last 1.5 hours but ended up being 2 hours, Francesca obviously wanted to give us as much information as possible. Highly recommended, and even better if you get Francesca!

    The Guide was very good and kind. Everything went well and we got to know very much about the places where we visited. And during the travelling time on the bus the guide told us many things about Bavaria and so on.

    Olivier is awesome!! The tour was excellent and we able to enjoy visiting the 3 places in 1 day. We did some shopping too . Highly recommended .
