After a bumpy start at the check point in Playa del Carmen with waiting time, our tour guide Adrian, on the other hand, was super nice, warm and accommodating! We had an incredibly great stay in Bacalar with a great boat trip and several stops on the lake. The long journey was more than worth it!

It was an amazing experience, very pretty and calm. We've never done paddle before, but with the guide of Alex and Luis we could enjoy the complete experience, they were very helpful and kind. The equipment was very good too. Very recommended to have an amazing view of the sunrise.

Nearly perfect. If we had been told something about the process at reception, everything would be great. So after the registration we stood there a bit lost and then looked around ourselves until it started

Superb experience the guide was awesome. We were able to swim for 30 minutes in wonderful water.

Everything was perfect, the guide Gabriel, an excellent person, was on the lookout at all times
