My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Axe Mate Club in Krakow. This place offers various types of weapons to shoot and throw at the target. You can choose to throw shurikens, throwing knives, kunai knives, tomahawks, axes. You can shoot with pneumatic weapons. You can also choose the MIX package that allows you to try all weapons. Throwing shurikens was the easiest for me and throwing knives was the hardest. But the biggest adrenaline rush came from throwing axes. It was easier than it sounds, but it took the most strength. I liked throwing axes the most. Before starting the adventure, the guide introduced us to the safety rules and throwing technique. The guide was very helpful. I recommend the Axe Mate Club experience. It's a great place for a corporate event, bachelor party or a date with a girlfriend or boyfriend. It's good to book a specific date in advance on the club's website. By choosing the MIX package, you will be able to try the full offer at the best price.

We took the experience on the 1st of October as one of our get-away dates. The place is very easy to get to from Galeria Kazimierz. It took us only a couple of minutes to walk. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained each of the elements and what is the best way to throw it. He gave a lot of pointers after he saw us throwing each of the elements. We participated in the Mix option, where we could enjoy all types of weapons the place offers such as knives, axes, ninja blades, tomahawks, and pneumatic guns. Personally, I love to try new things and this experience for sure was memorable and enjoyable. I think the only thing I would change is the timing - 1.5 hours is a bit too short to really get to know each weapon and learn how to throw it correctly - at least it was for me, my husband, on the other hand, picked it up quickly. Time to hit the gym and get back with more muscle strength and give it another try :) I can recommend it! For sure will be back!

I did the experience yesterday and I really enjoyed how much you can learn and improve in one session (though to get good you’ll have to keep going to practise). The guide was helpful and knowledgeable though there were many groups all vying for his time so the experience over run from 1.5hrs to 2.5hrs to experience all elements (shooting, knives, axes, ninja blades, tomahawks etc) Overall I would recommend the experience it is a great way to take your mind off things too, as it needs a lot of brain power and physical power, so I suggest doing this on a day you are not tired or hungry!
