We were lucky to be the only persons on the tour on the day we went and therefore had tour guide Chris's attention all to ourselves. The tour was great and Larnach Castle was spectacular both inside and outside in the gardens. Chris was an excellent guide, willing to engage with us the whole time but also happy to give us time on our own if we wanted it. He clearly knew what he was talking about and we learnt so much about the history of the Castle and the City in general. We only had one day and one night in Dunedin and this tour was exactly what we were looking for in o limited timeframe

Great way to experience Christchurch and Lyttelton. Started with punting on the Avon, which is such a charming experience. So evocative of a halcyon, bygone era. All wonderful staff and Millicent was a fantastic guide. Hired bikes there and also stopped in the cafe. Trams are great with interesting commentary and very helpful, friendly staff. Gondola ride is magnificent. Bought some souvenirs at the top, had a picnic lunch and watched the SailGP for a while. Beautiful day.

We enjoyed the punting. Weather was good and our guide was so humorous and informative. Gondola ride was a bit rushed as the queue was long and the ride stopped frequently. This affected our return timing to the cruise ship so we didn’t have any chance to walk around at the top

Very relaxing easy to find hop on hop off tram was easy to navigate and tram drivers were very friendly and informative.

Tram driver was very knowledgeable and interesting. Great way to see the area when on limited hours.
