Overview
Spend your morning exploring the attractions that New Zealand's largest city, Auckland, has to offer on a 2-hour tour. You will learn about the city by visiting Queen Street, Auckland Museum, Domain Parks and Gardens, Paratai Drive, and Tamaki Waterfront.
What to Expect
Enjoy this fully-guided 2.5-hour morning tour of Auckland. The city extends over a narrow isthmus between the Waitemata Harbor on the Pacific Ocean, and the Manukau Harbor on the Tasman Sea. You will begin in front of the National Maritime Museum, which displays New Zealand’s America’s Cup Challenger from1988.

Continue on to Wynyard Quarter, Auckland’s newest vibrant precinct. Wander amongst the sculptures, watch the drawstring rise for luxury yachts, or find out what the catch of the day is at the Auckland Fish Market. You will visit Queen Street, Auckland’s business and shopping district, where you will have the opportunity to purchase some souvenirs.

Next, spend some time exploring Auckland Museum, a tribute to New Zealand’s natural, Maori, and European history. Before returning to your hotel, you will drive along Tamaki Waterfront via Mission Bay along the edge of the Waitemata Harbor, an area dominated by large native Pohutukawa trees.
