Just way beyond expectations. It was a wonderful tour. Great shop & people. It was incredible to go into a hobbit house, such detail! Loved it and the local guide was very good. The ale in the green dragon was special. I drop the rate to 4 because the tour guide Tim did not have water for us. He was very kind and added excitement for us at all stops. The caves were disappointing we cannot take photos so I had the professional do pics as you arrive, and they did not take cash for payment, so I got nothing.
Cheeky Michael was an excellent person. He cared so much for all the people. He was very Knowledgeable and nice person. He planned things out greatly. He helped to take nice photos for everyone. He had a great sense of humor. He even did a short video recording for the group. I would recommend him/Cheeky Kiwi tours to my friends and relatives who comes to visit Auckland! We had a lovely time and the entire event was well coordinated. We loved our driver / tour guide and felt that we got a nice history lesson of New Zealand along the drive. This was a magnificent tour and I highly recommend it.
