Full description
Leave by the coastal road along the Saronic Gulf to the Corinth Canal, which connects the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea (short stop). Drive to Mycenae, the Homeric city of Atreides, the city "rich in gold" of the ancient poets. Visit the Lion's Gate, the Cyclopean walls, the royal tombs and so forth. Depart for Nafplio through the fertile plain of Argolis, the picturesque town nestling at the foot of a cliff crowned by the mighty ramparts of the Palamidi Fortress (short photo stop). All over Argolis, you will find numerous interesting spots of attractions, which are scattered around, adorning the promising landscape.  Leave for Epidauros, to visit the theatre (4th-century BC) famous for its astonishing acoustics. Return to Athens by the National Road connecting Epidauros with Corinth. Lunch in Mycenae. Clients staying along the coast will depart for their hotels from the local tour operator terminal at around 19:30.

The Tour was very complete, in some places it would be a little longer (such as Epidaurus or Nauplia), I did not like that later we went to see a "visit" to a ceramic shop / workshop. I would have invested that time in the places indicated above. The "average" food nothing out of this world.

The program was not fully implemented, we did not visit Nafplio, which was on the plan of the trip and which we wanted. Instead, we were taken to a ceramics factory (store), where we were urged to buy ceramics and jewelry. There we lost 1 hour of time. The restaurant where King Menelaos was served did not meet the requirements: the food was cold (cold mutton!), There was no toilet flush in the men's toilets

the stories the gude told us gave is the historical, mythological, HOmor significance and how events and poems were connected. Enlightening. Guide kept us safe by warning of slippery surfaces and on time by clearly pointingout meetig places and tiem to gather. The pottery stop was wonderful and really gave an insight into ancient techniques vs painting on portery.
