If you go to Greece this is a MUST DO tour!!! I cannot recommend this tour to anyone enough. Our tour guide Gary was AMAZING! From the second we met her I knew it would be a great tour and she was so funny, knowledge, and just a joy to be around. We made some other cool stops along the way to Sounion and it just made the whole experience more enjoyable. We lucked out with an absolutely beautiful sunset, Gary said it was one of the most beautiful sunsets she has seen this year. The time on the bus was short, about an hour each way and we had plenty of time to explore the Temple and enjoy the beautiful Aegean Sea. Just like the other reviews the Temple workers were pushing us out of the archeological site right after sunset was over, but that is the site workers, not the tour workers. Gary gave us over 1.5 hours to explore the site and area around it before the sunset. This tour is one of the best if not the best tour I have ever gone on and it is all thanks to Gary.

Gary our guide was amazing. Very informative. Greatly enjoyed all the myths, history, and knowledge she shared. We stopped at a theatre on the way. After days of overcast weather we were lucky to get a clear sunset. It was truly magical. On the way back we stopped at a lake. It was nice to add those little stops as it added something extra and interesting to the trip.

The Ammon Express company runs the tour on time, professionally and greatly. The driver is good and especially, the tour guider Gary is really really nice and enthusiastic. Her knowledge as an archaeologist and her energy to convey the Greek myth, Athens history and custom of the Greek locals to travelers is so impressive and great. I will recommend my friends to join this tour if they visit Athens. The price is reasonable.
