My driver, George, proactively reached out via the cell number attached to my Whatsapp account 45 minutes before my scheduled pickup. I was stuck on a long line at passport control, and he reassured me, telling me to text him when I made it to baggage claim. He was waiting when both my colleague, arriving on a different flight, and I exited baggage claim. He was most professional, in both dress and performance, taking my largest bag as he escorted us to his Mercedes E class vehicle. He engaged us in pleasant conversation as he drove us to our hotel. The entire experience was perfect, from A to Z. I will always use this service whenever possible.
