What to Expect
You’ll meet your guide inside the Acropolis metro station and head out on a short walk through the pedestrian streets of Makrigianni and , nearby Plaka, and to the new Acropolis Museum.

On this 3.5-hour tour you’ll reach the Acropolis by the south slope, avoiding the crowds. Visit the Theater of Dionysus and the Asclepius Sanctuary and take in spectacular views of Athens, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, and the Philopappos monument.

Admire the Propylaia, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Parthenon, and the Erechtheion. You’ll have up to 30 minutes of free time to explore the hill on your own.

After the break you’ll continue on to the ancient Agora. See the Stoa of Attalos Museum, the Panathenaic Way, the Palace of the Giants, and the Temple of Hephaestus.
