Village walk and Waterfalls: We will pick you up in the morning from your hotel in Moshi, Arusha or upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro/Arusha airports in a clean airconditioned vehicle and drive short distance to Materuni village. Materuni village is still an authentic tribal village home to the Chagga tribe and the last village before the Kilimanjaro National Park. First we start by a village walk to visit Materuni waterfalls, which are around a 45-minute walk away. On the way, learn about the culture of the Chagga tribe, village life, and the surrounding flora and fauna with your guide. Admire the breathtaking views and with luck, catch sight of the summit of Kilimanjaro, On the way trail can be slippery & muddy, best to have good hiking shoes with grip and a rain coat. Day 1: Arusha - Serengeti National Park Start your safari and camping adventure with hotel pickup from Arusha in the morning. Drive to Serengeti National Park with your complimentary packed lunch. Take a game drive en route to the campsite. Discover Serengeti National Park, known for its abundance of animals and the great wildebeest migration. Have dinner and stay overnight in a tent at the camp Day 2: Full Day at Serengeti After breakfast, you will go on wide-ranging morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park.
