    Beyond expectations - a tour well worth taking

    The day was organised into a well thought out series of 'experiences' in this wild and inhospitable part of the world. Our guide, Rachel, was competent, considerate and full of interesting information and stories. The vehicle was roomy (there were only 4 of us on the tour that day) and comfortable. The tour included some beautiful narrow twisty roads which would not have been accessible in a coach and being in a small group definitely made the day more fun. The scenery is as amazing as we had read but the heat and the ferocious winds were beyond what we had expected to encounter - you really do need a knowledgeable guide to get the most out of a day trip through this area. There were loads of opportunities to take photographs and ask questions throughout the day and we felt we had had a full, stimulating and enjoyable day- an experience that would stay with us.

    An unforgettable experience with a guide who had many stories to share

    We were only a small group and were lucky enough to get Joel Clarke as our guide. He is so passionate about the desert and its colourful history that he makes you see, feel and taste the desert. He talks a lot but the stories all very interesting, he was like the desert's philosopher. Death Valley is a must see, must experience, in our book. Only regret: I did not give him a big hug when saying goodbye, I was just too overwhelmed. Annemiek, travelling with Oscar

    Best of four trips taken during our Las Vegas holiday

    From start to finish this trip was excellent. The guide was also excellent and it really came across how much he enjoyed his job. We saw some amazing things I could never have imagined. As we are oldies we did wonder if we would cope in the heat and terrain but every stop was designed for everyone to enjoy at their own pace and level. The small bus was very comfortable and the lunch was good too.

    The best tour ever !I will never forget this fantastic day

    Rachel was a superb guide,we learned a lot,she gave a lot of information,cared of us ,answered all the questions,I suppose,this was not the last tour,with her (company.)
