Bought the 24h card, since we would only be in Verona for 24h. Very easy pick-up at the IAT Verona Tourist Information Office (next to the Arena) following the instructions received via e-mail. The people at the pick-up counter had good English and were very knowledgeable. The card was very helpful, considering everything we visited in Verona, the price of the card is very good. The fact that I could pay for the card in my national currency at a good rate instead of EUR was also very nice. The Verona Arena is closed for renovation until March 2024 I believe, perhaps it would be a good idea to modify the name of the activity since it would false to say you are getting a Priority Entrance to the Arena as well. Overall, very happy with the experience! I recommend it!

Fabio Massimo was our guide and we have such a good time with him, very knowledgeable and friendly without him we wouldn’t be able to see and understand why Verona is so precious, it is much more than Juliet and Romeo. If you really want to learn about Verona history and its hidden gems so this tour !!!

I loved the experience of getting to know the city without worrying about paying for tickets and transport tickets. Only with Veronacard, everything was included. Too bad the Arena was closed.

An Incredible experience, I 100% recommend getting the Verona Card.
