What People Are Saying About Antalya
We had a great day canyoning and rafting something for all abilities. Very funny, sometimes crazy but safe. Great atmosphere on rafts. Chances to swim, jump from trees, zip wire. Excellent well recommended. Team camaraderie between rafts very good fun.
It was well deserved activities with a lot of sceneries . The organization was very good. We were picked up from hotel and dropped back . The trip was 35-40 min from hotel to rafting station with instructions for safety . The rafting is a mild type suitable for all ages including young children 4 yrs + . Lunch included . Drinks and pictures on you . Expect to pay 3-10 euro extra per person for drinks and pictures/DVD . recommended .
Me and my spouse and two very stubborn personalities and well it is not always easy to be in the "same boat". Luckily we found that kayaking with only 2 of us made our day and also as one of the person in the group said: " You guys probably got the most fun day!" I believe so too. We want to thank Novaraft and especially Tufan for all the arrangements. Everything went smootly and boy did we have fun. And yes! WE DID NOT FALL, which is nice. If you ever think of attending some couple counselling or love doctor, don't do it - go rafting instead! <3
We booked this trip literally two days before on here. We were soon contacted and our trip was confirmed and times for pick up from hotel were sent to us. On the day the pick up coach arrived on exact time. We were taken to a meeting point half way where rest of the group for the activity arrived. The meeting point had clean toilet break area and shade to rest with drinks and snacks available to buy at good prices. Then we were taken to base camp and given tea and a full professional and good safety brief along with all the equipment. Then the guide took us to top of the mountain to view great canyon where the river water comes from and soon our activity began. Felt totally safe at all times, boat captain (Nico) was good laugh and kept us motivated to paddle, got us involved in water fights with other rafts and also helped us take good pictures for the camera. People here complained about cost, I think food and photos cheap personally. Food only 20 Turkish lira and photos 70 lira.
What a great way to see Turkey's countryside and have fun at the same time. Although I booked with Kolibri, I went with Fortune Rafting as it is the end of season and bookings are merged due to lack of numbers. It took longer to get to Koprulu Canyon than I thought, about 2.5 hours with a few pick ups. It is carried out quite leisurely with a break on the way and a break when we got there. We were equipped with life jacket and helmet and then taken to our start point. It was too warm for wetsuits (but I could have done with one at places in the canyoning; the water can be very cold at places), The canyoning was about and hour and the rafting was about 2 hours. The hour went quickly, with walking climbing, swimming and jumping into the canyon. We were picked up and taken to the rafting start point. There were many rapids during the two hours to enjoy and the water fights with other rafters were not only fun but a great way to cool down. The views were simply amazing.
