What people are saying about Amsterdam

A refreshing twist on the usual mundane tours, enjoyable and for all!!

I honestly don't think I have ever laughed so much. I went with my partner and we are both in our 30's. Eric our tour guide was amazing. We had a really mixed group of all ages, pairings/ single travellers and backgrounds and I actually think I learnt more about Amsterdam in a couple of hours than I had during my whole stay. The tour is exactly what the title says. Expect culture, expect information, expect coffee shops but I did not expect this to be the highlight of our trip. It really was. I don't want to give too much away as I like the little surprises and the not knowing what to expect but i'd say no matter who you are or what group you are in, take this tour! My cheeks still ache when i think of this (from laughing) and when I got home the stories I could tell from this lasted for ages. I will be sending Eric a thank you once I locate the address. If you think your not sure you can always book it once over there, we booked it a few days before and just showed our mobile code.

Our original tour guide was not available and our actual tour guide, Raoul, was only informed the day before. Despite this, he was very friendly, informative, took us to a few places just out of the way of some of the touristy areas and gave us some history and background on the way of life in Amsterdam. He brought us to his favourite places to eat herring and fried cod, a small bar for local cheeses, a small gelato place and an Indonesian restaurant for some authentic snacks to finish up. All was delicious! Highly recommend.

A great way to spend a little time learning about AmsterGanja!

A great couple of hours learning about the history and laws relating to Cannabis in The Netherlands. A little too much time talking and more time smoking would help! Shame the song coffee shop would not let us in! Also, more varied premises would be nice to see the range and styles of coffee shops Amsterdam offers. However, some nice cultural sights and details were good, but less Ganja-oriented than advertised. All in all, good to very good, not brilliant.

This Food tour with Liad was the highlight of my stay in Amsterdam. The guide is amazing and comes with knowledgeable information about Dutch food and how it evolved over time. The market is beautiful and lively. You get to taste a lot of food for the relative low price and you even get a small beer tasting included in a local bar.

Awesome Amsterdam was delicious with Dina

The food tour was very enjoyable. The menu varied from pickled, raw fish to warm, scrumptious waffles, local beer & pork ribs. All of it delicious & Dina provided us with interesting information in a relaxed, friendly way. We learnt about Dutch specialties & met some lovely people.
