“A Must-Visit in Amsterdam!” I had a great time at the Rijksmuseum! The exhibits are beautifully curated and highly informative, showcasing a rich collection of Dutch art and history. It’s a place you definitely need to visit when in Amsterdam. The museum also has a lovely garden and fountain where you can relax, which adds to the experience. The only downside was some construction work outside the museum, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment. Highly recommend spending a few hours here!
A repository of historical paintings and information. Easy to find and good public transportation that took me there. I also love the fact that the museum was on time for its early opening. Helpful staff that took time to explain the levels of floors I have to climb up since works of art are labelled by certain eras. Indeed, an uphill climb that took my breath away. There was an elevator to take, yes, but what's the fun in there, when all I wanted to do, in addition to seeing the masterpieces, was to be part of history, at least, of the people in the past who took the time to wonder the museum with their every step along the stairs?
