• Cancellation policy: Please be aware that once you have accepted your booking, it cannot be cancelled without costs. Bookings cancelled 4 weeks before the scheduled departure will get a full refund. For cancellations of between 1-3 weeks prior to the program get a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled 4-7 days before the program will get a 35% refund. Tours cancelled with less than 3 days notice, and no-shows, are charged at the full rate
