On this 75-minute canal cruise, you’ll experience the best of our historical city. It offers you the best views of the 17th-century buildings lining the city canals, and will also show you the 21st-century city that Amsterdam has become. You’ll come across new architecture and bridges, showing a city that is rooted in history but continues to develop and change. Have a great time on board while listening to your personal audio system. Your visit to Heineken Experience includes a 1.5-hour self-guided tour where you’ll learn about the company’s heritage, the beer brewing process, Heineken’s innovations, and about what it takes to serve a world-famous beer. Find out the 4 natural ingredients that make this beer, and discover the brand’s sponsorship activities with Formula 1, the UEFA Champions League and the Rugby World Cup. And sure enough, at the end of the tour you can raise your glass with new friends. Please note that Heineken Experience is only for guests 18 years and older!

The time slot booked is for Heineken Experience: Stadhouderskade 78, 1072 AE Amsterdam City Canal Cruise: Stadhouderskade 550, opposite the Heineken Experience The ticket for your City Canal Cruise is an "open ticket". No time slot has been allocated, and you can board any next available boat at one of the 2 docks: • The first dock is located at Stadhouderskade 501 opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. Take tram 1, 2, 5,11 and 12 stop at Leidseplein. From there, the dock is a 2-minute walk. • The second dock is located at Stadhouderskade 550, opposite Heineken Experience. Take tram 2, 5,and 12 stop at Rijksmuseum. From there the dock is a 5-minute walk or take metro No. 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht. From there, the dock is only a 2-minute walk.

  • Heineken Experience: Your ticket includes a specific time slot; entry is only permitted at this time. Address: Stadhouderskade 78, Amsterdam.
  • City Canal Cruise: This is an "OPEN TICKET" with no specific time slot. Board any available boat at one of the two departure docks:
  • Dock 1: Stadhouderskade 501, opposite Hard Rock Cafe (Tram 2 or 12, stop Leidseplein, 2-minute walk)
  • Dock 2: Stadhouderskade 550, opposite Heineken Experience (Tram 2 or 12, stop Rijksmuseum, 5-minute walk; or Metro 52, stop Vijzelgracht, 2-minute walk)

Heineken experience was amazing, every worker we encountered knew exactly what they were talking about! The value for money with the canal cruise included is incredible and really easy to navigate on the day!

Had a great experience with the Heineken tour. Easy to find and app is easy to use. Love the canal cruise experience but it was only 1 hour instead of 1.5. The directions said to go to Stadhouderskade 501 or 550 then take the tram (2, 5, 12 etc.) When I arrived at Stadhouderskade 501, the cruise was already there so this needs to be re-written. There was no need to take the tram.
