Boasting over 3,000 hours of sunshine per year, an annual rainfall of a mere 200 millimeters, and temperatures ranging from 23° F to 118° F (-5°C to 48°C), the gray tones of the desert’s gullies, ravines and other geological formations turn golden when the sun rests on them at sunset. What people are saying about Almeria

I went at the beginning of December and luckily for me it wasn't as cold or windy as it had been just a few days before. As a solo traveller, I was able to sit at the front of the 4x4 and listen to my guide and ask questions as and when needed. The rest of the group were Spanish and so as I understand Spanish I was able to keep up with the information being provided by the lovely guide who was more that happy to translate in English whenever I needed it. The guide was really good and provides a lot information about the desert and as she speaks French, Spanish and English fluently, I could see why there have been so many good reviews about her and this excursion. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent! It was amazing! The guide not only knew Spanish, but spoke English and French very good too. He was very friendly and helpful, he explained and showed a lot to us, and even took our photos during the trip. The horses were well groomed and looked healthy, were gentle and even though I was really afraid, everything went well. 100% would repeat the experience.

A superb experience thanks to a top guide and organization even for the first experiences on horseback. Théo will know how to make you spend 2 brilliant hours in the heart of the Tabernas desert with various explanations in perfectly understandable French. Thank you again I highly recommend it

The guide was awesome and place is incredible. You can be begginer and the guide explane you everything. We were unlucky because there were many mosquitos and the horses were very nervous. We didn’t finish our trip but we were refunded. Totally recommended.

The rock formations were really interesting and it was cool to see all the sites where the different movies like Indiana Jones were filmed! Guide was friendly and brought us around to many different locations and answered any questions we had :)
