I wasn’t sure whether to do this or not but I’m very glad that I did and would do it again. I loved it! First, Carlo and Francesco taught us how to make different pastas which was a lot of fun, but I learned that I am better at eating it than I am making it. After the class, we enjoyed the best Alfredo I’ve ever had as well as some awesome caprese, bread, eggplant parmigiana and tiramisu. We had a wonderful time and along with the wonderful memories made, we also got to take home our aprons and some pasta to make at home.

Chef was great and lots of fun. Waiter was not as good.

Very informative and practical experience in making pasta. The Chef was trying his very best to teach with the hope that we'll one day make a pasta plate from scratch (which we are confident to do). The meal that followed was very good. However, the waiter didn't know what we have in the pre-paid menu, end up having us ordered too much food and no room for desert. I mean, not able to eat the signature Tiramisu when it included was a pretty sad situation.

I recommend the booking through GetYourGuide of the menu on Alfredo alla Scrofa restaurant. The highlight is the delicious Fettuccine alla Alfredo and the red wine, but everything is ok. It was my first time but I if I can I will repeat, the experience and the fettuccine. Amazing. One star less is because I wanted to buy the fettuccine to cook at home but the announced shop was closed. What a pity, it should be open at dinner time.

I did this with my mom and we were the only 2 people that morning. The chef was very nice and his english was good. He showed us the traditional method of making pasta by hand, then cutting, folding, twisting into maybe 10 variations of italian pastas. The lunch afterwards with the pasta alfredo was amazing! There was so much food. We did not leave hungry. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun activity!

GREAT food and plenty of it!! Great wine by the glass and they refillrd without charging. After our food was brought we were a bit neglected and no one showed us where to write in the book etc. This might be sharpened up a bit. But the food was perfect and we will return.
