The Etnea Tour was amazing! Our Guide Teresa was very kind and knew a lot of the volcano. She picked us up at our hotel and could answer all of our questions about history, landscape, people & culture of Sicily - especially of Catania. She also gave us recommendations of other places to see. Etnea was/is definitely worth a visit. We have also seen the caves what was interesting. The wine and food tasting was a nice experience and had a good taste. Gole Alcantara after the gustatory was very stunning and absolutely refreshing after a long day full with new experience and impressions. If you are in Catania this tour should be on your To Do List. Thank you a lot Teresa - it was amazing!
We had a wonderful time with Antonio. He is really passionate about geology and Etna. He told us so many interesting and funny stories and was answering all our questions. Important for tourists, even if the excursion says "trip to summit", there are little chances that you will get there because most of the time there is some dangerous activity in the biggest crater. Nevertheless, we discovered a lot and enjoyed a nice atmosphere during the day
Roberto was a fabulous guide and an amazing person to spend the day with! He knows so much about Mt. Etna and the surrounding area. He communicated with us prior to the tour to let us know what to expect and picked us up exactly when he said he would. We spent a lot of time hiking around the volcano and then had a fantastic lunch at a local restaurant. The River was also a great experience. I would definitely recommend this tour and Roberto.
The guide was extremely knowledgeable and fun! The lunch was great, and the wine was delicious! Would have loved to visit higher, but Etna was smoking. Would have loved to spend more time in Alcantara, too.
Angelo was a super guide, we had an excellent day with great informations, in French, about Catania, Etna, honey, Alcantara, Sicilia.
