What to Expect

The trulli are picturesque dry stone houses with cone-shaped roofs and their name comes from the Greek word for "cupola". The tour of Alberobello includes an interior visit of an old trulli.
From Terrazzino Belvedere you admire the 1,000 trulli of the Rione Monti. You then continue on to the central area of “Aia Piccola” with almost 400 trulli – a lot of them still inhabited.
