We loved our dinner!!! Lucrezia and her husband were so warm and welcoming. She was extremely understanding about a location mix up on my part which caused us to be late. All the food was spectacular and I'm so excited to practice what she taught me and make orecchiette for my friends once I'm home. Thank you Lucrezia!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und interessanten Abend mit Lucrezia und Stefanos. Wir haben einen umfangreichen Einblick in die apulische Küche bekommen, durften einen kleinen Orichette-Kurs machen (dessen Ergebnisse wir zu Hause anwenden werden) und bekamen viel zu essen und guten Wein. One of the most authentic experiences we had in Italy! My husband and I visited Lucrezia and Stephanos house on our last night in Puglia and they were extremely welcoming and cooked us a delicious meal make with the freshest (and some home grown) produce. Lucrezia demonstrated how to make orecchiette and even let us join us, making it her mission to ensure we got the hang of it. The food was delicious and was the home cooked meal we had been craving after weeks of travel. We loved chatting to Lucrezia and Stephanos and wish we could have stayed even longer!
