Akumal is the "Place of the Turtles" in the Mayan language. This sanctuary is a refuge and protected area for sea turtles. It is a privilege for us to take you to snorkel and swim with white and green turtles, hopefully colorful fish, coral reef, rays, squid, and barracudas. The experience includes; -Local guide. -1:30 hrs of tour. -Small and personalized group. -Life vest, visor and snorkel tube. -Bathrooms, showers and lockers. -Private bracelet for the beach, and the protected area of turtles. *Removable information* -The photos and videos in the GoPro gallery that are taken are a free gift. Admire incredible carvings at the site and climb to the top of the Acropolis Pyramid, the highest point of the ruins.
