- Courtesy coach pick-ups are available from local hotels, motels, caravan parks and hostels from 745-815 AM for the Northern Exposure tour and from 845-930 AM for the Southern Lights tour. If you are making your own way to the office for check-in, please make sure that you arrive by 8 AM for the Northern Exposure tour and 9 AM for the Southern Lights tour. Courtesy coach pick-ups must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance. Please reconfirm the pickup time/location by calling Ocean Rafting. For scenic flights and Fly + Raft packages, courtesy coach pick-ups are available from 06:10 am-1:45 pm. Please reconfirm the pick-up time/location by calling Ocean Rafting. Please wait at the pickup location on the confirmation email from Ocean Rafting 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Should you have not received this confirmation email, please get in touch with Ocean Rafting. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

Scott Hayley and Harry were absolutely incredible, great knowledge and made everyone feel safe, the tour was out of this world and was a perfect balance of everything. Couldnt thank these guys enough they were great, even with little kids in board they were chatty and playful with them and i also noticed individuals were were solo and they done everything to make them feel included and came round and spoke to everyone. We had an awesome time! Dave, the captain, got us there safely and quickly. He was humorous and friendly and gave clear instructions. Along the way, he did fun maneuvers that made the ride exciting. Finn and Harry were great deckhands, informative and helpful. They kept everyone safe. We were 2 of only 4 swimmers on board. They were able to give all of the non-swimmers safe snorkeling opportunities. We are good swimmers, but it was our first time snorkeling so they helped us feel comfortable and gave us good tips and clear directions. It was a lot of fun! The hike to view the Hill Inlet was really beautiful, and we enjoyed our time on the Whitehaven beach. On the way back into the port, Dave turned an unforeseen delay into a fun time doing some donuts with the other Ocean Rafting boats. Overall, we had a wonderful experience on this tour!

- The tour itinerary is a guideline only and is subject to change depending on tide, wind, and other weather conditions
- The tropical-style lunch is available at Whitehaven Beach for AUD $20, payable on the day of the tour (must be prebook 24 hours prior to departure), or you can choose to bring your own lunch. From 1st April 2025 lunch will be AUD $21.
- Bring cash for water, soft drinks, beer, cider, fruit juices and chocolates for sale on board.
- Please note if you are travelling to the Whitsundays on a cruise ship, the timings of this experience do not align with the visiting cruise ship schedule.
