Start your day with a convenient pick-up from your accommodation in Glenelg or Adelaide. Make your way through the Adelaide Hills to your first stop at the famous Whispering Wall where you will be fascinated by its famous acoustic qualities. Your first winery is the beautiful and historic Château Yaldara, home to not only some of the finest shirazes in the region but to some of the best-preserved period architecture in the state. Continuing through the picturesque surroundings of the Barossa Valley, you will cross the iconic Jacobs Creek with time to explore the shops and attractions of the beautiful and historic township of Tanunda, or simply relax over a coffee. Lunch is a regional highlight. Indulge yourself with some of the Barossa’s most internationally acclaimed wines at the beautiful Peter Lehmann Winery while a platter of the best meats, cheeses, olives, assorted vegetables, and freshly baked bread is brought to your table (with vegetarian options available). Stopping to take in in the breath-taking panoramic views of the Barossa from Mengler’s Hill Lookout, you will head onwards to the next stop. Your next winery tasting experience is at the beautiful Lambert Estate, where you will be hosted by one of their wonderful cellar door team. Be guided through a tantalizing range of red and white wine varieties. It's then time to depart for the final winery for the day, as you head to the iconic Wolf Blass with its state-of-the-art Visitor Centre. Try wines you may recognize, or enjoy tasting cellar tour exclusives. Complete your day with a trip through the beautiful Seppeltsfield region, where you will have the perfect photo opportunity before heading back to Adelaide at approximately 5:30 PM.

Hi, the wine tour we did on 29 May 2021, was great. The guide/driver was very knowledgeable and personable, and he drove with excellent safety and care. I enjoyed each of the wineries, the first one was the best (Gomersal Wines) as the owner gave us a great introduction and history of her vineyard and it felt much more personal than the larger wineries. The only real let down for me was the average lunch. I know it was a platter of local produce and it went well with the wine, but in hindsight I would prefer a more sumptuous lunch, maybe a selection of steaks, fish, poultry and pork, cooked to our liking, but then again the price would have to increase. As it was, I had a pleasant day, my co-worker enjoyed his first wine tour and it was with a great bunch of people who all become friends by the end of the day. Thanks heaps, I'd certainly go with you again, maybe to the other wines regions near Adelaide next time I'm in town. Thanks and cheers :)

This winery experience was superb. We enjoyed visits to four exclusive wineries and enjoyed tasting some wonderful samples of their best wines. We had a lovely lunch platter at Peter Lehman's winery which gave us a chance to meet and talk to our fellow tourists. This is well worth the cost and was a very fulfilling day. Thankyou to all the great winemakers. and our driver Terry. Dr .Jean Healey
