Awesome experience! First we went to the market to buy fresh products for the pasta. Marco told us a lot of history on while walking around. The lesson itself was very good, Marco is very fun and a good teacher. We had a nice small group and a lot of wine. The food was awesome! Grazi Marco!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our class with Marco. He shared interesting conversation with us and shared 3 pasta sauce recipes and a great introduction to making our own types of pasta. I say introduction because it will take more practice, but he gave us a great foundation. I learned that I don’t use nearly enough water or salt when I make pasta at home and sips of wine are a measure of cooking time :). You will surely enjoy this small and slow paced class, perfect for learning the steps to delicious pasta that would impress any Roman.

The food was very fun and simple, and it was really nice to participate. The instructor's personality was wonderful, and it was a meeting where everyone who had participated enjoyed having fun conversations and encounters. It is not recommended for those who want to learn the details of cooking or those who are noisy about hygiene, but I think it is best for those who want to enjoy a good time and meal.
