E-tickets with QR code are not recommended

The staffs at the counter were confused to see the e-tickets on my phone as if they saw those for the first time. I was asked to show the email that had the e-tickets. A staff made several calls, looked for something on the PC before we finally received a hand-written entry slip. Waiting for over 20 mins at the counter was terrible and we had to cut some places off to save time for our next venture, a sunset cruise. My suggestion is to train the counter staffs so that they just take a minute to scan the QR codes on e-tickets and let the guests in without delay.
