The Gap of Dunloe was the highlight of my week. It was so enjoyable. The scenery was spectacular and our guides were more than helpful, both in the jaunting car and on the boat tour. We were blessed with the weather as the sun shone all day long. I would highly recommend this trip, well worth it and a fantastic experience to see Kerry at its best. Louise

Not to be missed!

This was one of the highlights of our trip! Such beautiful scenery, friendly staff, and our group was relatively small (8), which was nice! It was relaxing to just sit back & enjoy our surroundings - a nice departure from the hectic travel schedule we'd been keeping prior to. Would definitely return / recommend.

A recommended tour!

A well organized tour with friendly, punctual staff. At the agreed time, we were picked up at Ross Castle and taken to Kate Kearney's cottage by bus. It said: Change to the pony carriage that took us through the Gap of Dunloe, into the Black Valley to Lord Brandon's Cottage. We ran a short distance twice to relieve the pressure on the steeper parts of the horse. But this is voluntary; If you can't / don't want to walk the path, you can stay seated in the carriage. The subsequent boat trip over 2 rivers and 3 lakes was perfect: we received extensive information from our boat guide and were also lucky enough to see a pair of eagles circling. All in all, a highly recommended tour for those who love nature and who are also weatherproof; Both the carriage and the boat are "open air".
