first class trip and the bus driver/guide was fantastic and we very much enjoyed the whole experience,despite the weather.The path to the view of the viaduct is highly dangerous and although the driver warned us of the problems the path is not fit for purpose and liability woul lie on Highland Council.

Great experience! In particular a guide was knowledgeable and passionate and telling us much details as possible. His positive energy helped me to enjoy more. My mother admired his passion and professionalism - he was giving us all popular restaurant lists around Inverness when we returned to Inverness after 12 hours journey. Also Jacobite streamline train is superb, what a wonderful trip! I do highly recommend this!!

I would recommend this tour if you are a Harry Potter fan and would like to see the Jacobite Steam Train cross the Glenfinnan Viaduct then board it later on. Our driver-guide Fraser gave a lot of practical information as to what activities and things to see on the different stops. In Mallaig, we had the possibility to go on a one hour wildlife cruise (not included in the price) before boarding the steam train, which can be a good experience if you have not tried a similar cruise before. I did not find the cruise exceptional as I had already did one before. On the way back to Inverness we had stops at The Commando Memorial, Fort Augustus, Falls of Foyers, and Dores beach.
