Tickets need to be collected before your intended visit time from the At the Top Burj Khalifa ticketing counter, located at LG Level, The Dubai Mall, in front of the Food Hall. Once you have exchanged your ticket, follow the signs to the "Dubai Fountains." Once you're outside, look for the "Lake Ride" sign and enter the ticket kiosk in front of the Wafi Gourmet restaurant.

- The boats can accommodate up to 8 people per boat
- The boats depart 15 minutes prior to each fountain show
- Dubai Fountain schedule:
- Daily except Friday: 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM
- Friday: 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM
- Evening Shows
- Daily: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
