We had the VIP tickets to go up the Burj high recommended, as without this wait time looks horrendous. We went straight to the 148 floor and had 1.5 hours to see the views from 1,800 ft up. It was very busy in the observation areas, but views and pictures are once in a life time

We arrived a little earlier than our allocated time slot (as advised in some of your other reviews) there were no queues and a man showed us right to the desk, we told him we were a little early he said it was fine then showed to a a room where a guide would meet us, just a we were going in (the guide) came out with another group and told us just to tag along because we did this we missed the talk she had already given everyone else and the history etc. The whole group were then taken very quickly to the first set of lifts to the first of the stops. We could hardly hear her very well as she was trying to give information out, felt a little rushed at that point. First lift was exciting going up that many floors so fast . When we got out of that one we were asked by a gentleman which floors we were going to this was a little confusing as he seemed to split us up into two queues then all together again in the next lift. All that said ,glad we went to be able say been to the highest view

Fantastic view but based on the landscape around not as interesting as New York, London Didn’t have the wow factor even though largest building in the world Not as informative as the other big buildings we have been and viewed We did get the vip ticket which meant we queue jumped, but felt a little rushed in waking through then informative sections The host talked for roughly 5 mins Coffee and sweets were a nice touch and you were not rushed when at the top You could view at your leisure The lower levels were definitely busier
