The cooking class was excellent! We were warmly welcomed into a lovingly restored traditional Sardinian house and made to feel like we were part of the family. We made three types of pasta by hand with easy to follow, step-by-step instructions in both Italian and English. When it was time to eat, we all sat around the dining room table overlooking the garden and ate sausage, cheese, and so much delicious pasta! I would highly recommend this experience.

Very informative and enjoyable cooking class!

Very enjoyable cooking class, lots of hands on experience with lots of instruction. We had coffee and biscotti when we first arrived, then we got right to work on the filling for the pasta. After the filling we went to work on three types of pasta which took several hours. We all worked together mixing and forming the pasta, they even let our 7 year old granddaughter work right along with us! We were then given wine and antipasto on the patio while our hosts cooked the pasta. After they put two different sauces on all of the cooked pasta we all sat at the table, including all of their family, and had a wonderful lunch with a lovely red wine. We truly had a delightful Sardinian experience.

Der Pastakochkurs ist wirklich toll. Die zwei Gastgeber waren unglaublich lustig und konnten viel über Sardinien und die Leute erzählen. Jede Frage die ich hatte konnten sie problemlos beantworten. Die fertige Pasta war sehr fein und ich habe viel über die lokale Küche erfahren. Den Kurs würde ich jedem empfehlen, der gerne Kocht und die lokalen Menschen besser kennenlernen möchte.
