Good overview but hard to understand

Maybe 15 people in this tour. Meeting place was fine, we all got receivers to hear the guide which was critical due to the crowds. Unfortunately the audio was not great and the guide was difficult to understand due to her heavy accent. She had good information to share however. It was good to skip entrance line and walk through the basilica to hear some details but it was crazy-crowded- tourists all packed in to the church.
