The tour started late because of flooding in the square. (We wished we had waterproof boots or shoes as planks were not out to keep your feet dry.). Our tour guide did a great job explaining the history of what we were seeing. Our 11 year old got bored with much of the tour but enjoyed taking pictures of all the amazing art and enjoyed the Bridge of Sighs and drama of seeing the prison. We got much more out of seeing the palace with the tour!

Overall the tour was fine. The meeting point and transition of tour was a bit hectic in the beginning and we stood around for way too long. But it was a really nice experience getting the tour and info inside Doge’s Palace. The tour guide was hard to hear/understand at times. But walking across the bridge of sighs was pretty cool experience!

Good, quick overview tour of the Doge Palace, Bridge of Sighs, and Dungeons. We got a late start due to another tour guest being very late.. but guide got everyone on track and off we went. Guide did a good job highlighting the most important spots and stories as well as points of interest quickly and with humor… (it would have been helpful to have read up in advance). Tour is only 1 1/2 hr which is very quick.. Definitely worth the $ for skip the line access and informative tour.
