Nice trip. First you need to go to the glass "kiosk" on the pier and scan your QR Code - they will give you a ticket and give you snacks (if you ordered them). For us it was a soft drink of your choice, and small bags of chips, very tasty popcorn, nuts and stroopwafels 😉

Lovely tour guides, wonderful journey and fantastic facts shared about Amsterdam.
