Making your own mask is very inspiring and was a lot of fun. Everyone chose a mask pattern. Maestro drew sectors on the hood with a pencil. We chose 2-3 colors of paint (this amount is completely sufficient) and painted the masks as we wished. Finally, Maestro decorated the masks. I read in other opinions that everyone should decorate their own mask. If he could. After the visit, I know that it really is not easy, and the masks decorated by a specialist have gained a real Venetian character. There were 6 of us and everyone had the same opinion. Maestro was very nice and helpful to us. He talked about Venice, masks, carnival and answered every question. The attraction is not cheap, but we are very glad that we used it. I sincerely recommend it.

It was fun and great to design a mask in a shop like this. But I was missing some information about Venetian masks, why which patterns and colors, etc. The instructions only consisted of me being able to color in the color areas given by the guide myself. He made the decorations himself.

This was so very much fun and our masks turned out fabulous! Georgio the mask maker was terrific!! He taught even the non-painter how to be an artist!!! His masks are truly pieces of art!
